Refund Windows

Blockera offers different refund windows based on your subscription type:

  • Yearly/Lifetime Subscription Plans: Refunds are available within the first 30 days of your original purchase.
  • Monthly Subscription Plans: Refunds are available within the first 7 days of your original purchase.

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. By purchasing Blockera products or services, you agree to this refund policy. Refunds are processed in the original purchase currency, and we are not liable for any exchange rate differences.

Regarding Renewal Charges

We do not offer refunds for annual subscription renewals. Reminder emails are sent before your renewal date to give you the opportunity to review and manage your subscription status as needed.

For monthly subscription renewals, we may issue refunds if the request is made within the first 7 days of the renewal. This refund will only apply to the most recent renewal charge. Please ensure you update your subscription settings before the renewal payment is processed.
